Wiseburn Library welcomed a whopping 95 participants for its Halloween Spooktacular with MākMō on Saturday! MākMō is an LA County Library initiative that supports makerspaces and promotes Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) programs in local communities. Goblins and ghouls alike gathered to whip up cauldrons of slime, make ghosts levitate and dance with acid-base reactions and static electricity, design frightful finger puppets, and trick or treat through the stacks.  The Friends of the Libraries were pleased to provide all of the supplies and treats for this spooky celebration.
